1	Select/Send Photo
	Firstly, please select the photo you want us to make the portrait from. We can work from any photo you send us but, for best results, please try to make sure: the photo is high resolution and in focus the subject fills up most of the photo the top of the head/hair is not cut off if the hair is light coloured, the background is dark if the hair is dark coloured, the background is light the photo is lit from above and to the side, casting strong shadows, especially around the nose if desired, add more interest to the portrait by displaying jewellery, especially earrings ...then simply complete the form below and send up to 3 photos. Please note: after placing your order you will be asked to pay a 50% deposit of only £125 GBP before we can start on your portrait.

2	Pay for your artwork
	We ask for your payment of only £125 GBP (50% of total cost) before starting on your artwork. Payment is easy and totally secure. You will be prompted to pay after placing your order using the form above. If you have placed your order but not yet paid, please click here.
3	Proofs
	Usually within a week or two of receiving your order we send you a number of amendable proofs for your consideration. When you are happy with your proofs, we send a link for you to settle your account before releasing your hi-res artwork, which you can still amend.
4	Prices
	Only £250 GBP for each artwork: a beautiful hand-crafted high-quality high-definition digital image designed to be blown up to 36 inches on the longest side with no loss of clarity.
5	Printing
	When you have approved your portrait, we send you the high-resolution digital file so you can contact a digital canvas printer in your area and get it printed out as many times as you want and to the size of your choice. For UK customers, we recommend Orbit Print - overseas customers may also like to use Orbit Print or search for a digital canvas printer nearer to them by clicking here and entering your nearest town or city. Your artwork will also come with a Certificate of Authenticity, personalised and signed by Ken Surman.
